We are excited to be introducing this new composite breed to the world. The South Poll is a maternal composite combining four maternal breeds: Angus, Hereford, Senepol, and Barzona. The South PollÆ is a moderate framed, slick haired cow designed for hot, humid environments. The breeders at Bent Tree Farmsô have placed an emphasis on fertility and longevity with special attention to carcass quality for almost twenty years. The South PollÆ is the culmination of this breeding program.
